Pam has years of experience of customer relationship management, web marketing, e-commerce, and web 2.0  She was on the management team of CDNow, an early dot com, in addition to leading her own company over a period of years and changing market conditions.  She has the formal training matched equally with the practical experience, and has provided business services in both USA and Europe.
